Using your NDIS funding for speech pathology.
If you have NDIS funding, you may be able to use it for speech pathology sessions with Strivesocial Speech Pathology — depending on how your plan is managed.
Important: How NDIS funding works with us
Strivesocial Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS provider. However, Strivesocial Speech Pathology is not separately NDIS registered. This means:
- ✓Self-managed NDIS participants — can use their funding for speech pathology sessions with us.
- ✓Plan-managed NDIS participants — can use their funding for speech pathology sessions with us.
- ✗NDIA-managed (agency-managed) participants — cannot use their funding for speech pathology sessions with Strivesocial Speech Pathology, as we are not a registered speech pathology provider under the NDIS. NDIA-managed participants can still access other Strivesocial services through the registered entity.

How it works
Book a free consultation
We discuss your goals, current NDIS plan and whether speech pathology is the right support.
Check your plan management
We help you confirm whether your plan is self-managed or plan-managed, and which line items may cover speech pathology sessions.
Start sessions
Once everything is confirmed, we begin therapy — in-person or via telehealth — and provide invoices for your plan manager or self-managed funding.

Speech pathology sessions may be claimable under a range of NDIS categories depending on your plan. Common ones include:
Improved Daily Living
Therapy and training to build skills for everyday life, including communication.
Improved Relationships
Support to develop and maintain personal relationships and social skills.
Increased Social and Community Participation
Building skills and confidence to participate more fully in community life.
Improved Learning
Support for communication skills that help with education and learning environments.
